Why is it that no one seems to use the phrase(s) "beg the question / begging the question" accurately anymore? It does NOT mean that such-and-such a remark strongly inspires the asking of such-and-such a question - and that is how I've seen it used multiple times in this past week alone, by educated people one assumes should know better.
